between 4 and 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 35. Northwest wind between 6 and 10 mph.
Friday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 19. West wind around 6 mph. Today: Snow.

DISTRICT SEVERE WEATHER OPERATIONS:
The Northern Virginia District performed anti-icing operations yesterday and are currently mobilized at a Level 3 disbursing approximately 440 trucks district wide. This number will increase/decrease as weather conditions warrant.
