Richmond, VA – Delegate Comstock and her colleagues sent the following letter to Michael Curto, the Board Chairman of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, stressing their strong opposition to union mandates and preferences and highlighting the passage of HB33, the Open and Fair Competition in Government Contracting Act, which requires that there be a level playing field between our 96% non-union workers and union workers.
